I am a 21-year-old aspiring technologist born and raised in Ramavhoya village, in Dzanani, Limpopo. My early years were shaped by the unconditional love and guidance of my late grandmother, who raised me while my parents lived in Johannesburg, unable to care for me directly. Her influence instilled in me a deep sense of resilience and drive that has carried me through every chapter of my journey

My academic life began at Talifhani Combined School, where I studied from Grade 1 to Grade 11. During that time, I consistently ranked as the top student in my class from Grade 9 through Grade 11. I also served as the Chairperson of the Student Representative Council during Grades 10 and 11, a role that honed my leadership and communication skills. In 2021, I transferred to Dzata Secondary School, where I matriculated as the valedictorian, solidifying my reputation as a dedicated and high-performing student.

Following high school, I enrolled in a BAccSci degree at Wits University in 2022. However, as I delved deeper into my studies, I discovered an overwhelming passion for technology that led me to pivot toward Computer Science in 2023. Eventually, I made the decision to leave university and pursue software development independently. This leap of faith resulted in the completion of numerous computer science courses from esteemed platforms such as Harvard and Coursera, giving me a robust foundation in coding and problem-solving.

Today, I’m back in academia and currently pursuing a full-time BSc in Computer Science at Nelson Mandela University. My passion for technology and numbers has grown steadily, rooted in a lifelong curiosity about how things work behind the screen. I enjoy coding in Python but have also developed proficiency in languages like C# and C++. Over time, I’ve worked on various side projects that reflect both my technical acumen and dedication to personal growth. I’m a quick learner who thrives in collaborative environments and takes pride in contributing toward shared goals.

Looking ahead, I am determined to complete my degree in record time and eventually build a high-value tech startup that introduces meaningful innovation to the world. With hard work, vision, and resilience—values that have defined my life so far—I believe I can turn my aspirations into impact and inspire others along the way.
